1lb sweet potatoes, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 3/4 tsp of thyme and lemon salt in 50-50 portions, 2 tbsp chopped butter, 1/3 cup orange juice. Directions: Preheat bbq to medium. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into thick slices. Arrange in shallow greased baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and mixed spices over potatoes. Dot with butter. Pour orange juice over top. Cover with foil. Place on grill, replace lid and cook 15 min. After 15 min remove foil and test with knife. Cook longer if needed. Add more orange juice if potatoes begin to dry out. Enjoy!
