So the story goes…On Monday a Tampa, Florida, woman was being tailgated by a guy in a big pickup truck. It was raining so she didn’t want to speed any faster past some semis. After a minute or two the woman turned on her camera phone to video the tailgater. When he could finally get by he zoomed past her, flipper her off, then fishtailed into her lane and crashed in the median. He initially fled the scene of the accident, but thanks to the woman’s video he’s been caught and charged.
Are they both at fault? Should she have been taking a video while driving?
