If you’re a fan of the ‘Grand Theft Auto’ series you’ll find this quite entertaining.
Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of the ‘Grand Theft Auto’ video games. The actress says in the latest game of the series there is a character based on her without her permission. Lohan filed her lawsuit Wednesday in a Manhattan court.
“Grand Theft Auto V” maker Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and subsidiary Rockstar Games have declined to comment.
Lohan’s lawsuit states the character named Lacey Jonas is an “unequivocal” reference to her. It also states Lohan’s image, voice and clothing styles from her own line are depicted. The game features West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont hotel, where Lohan used to live.
The character also needs help skirting paparazzi.
“Grand Theft Auto V” topped $800 million in sales on its first day released in September 2013.
