AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd is out on bail after being arrested and charged in New Zealand with attempting to procure murder, possession of drugs, and threatening to kill.
The 60-year-old Rudd was arrested in New Zealand and apparently said nothing during his brief court appearance.
He also wore no shoes.
The names of the men he allegedly wanted murdered and the alleged potential hitman have been suppressed by the court.
At the request of defence lawyer Tony Rickard-Simms, Rudd was remanded on bail until November 27 when he will reappear in court.
Bail conditions include that Rudd must stay at his home in Bureta and have zero contact with any of the complainants.
Rudd was absent for much of AC/DC’s promotional material and photographs for their 16th studio album, Rock or Bust, which will be released on November 28.
