Buffalo Bills Pay Fans With Tickets To Shovel Snow
Want to help the Buffalo Bills dig out from the snow at Ralph Wilson Stadium? Here’s what they’re offering – is it a fair deal?
The football team is offering Western New Yorkers $10 an hour and a ticket to the game if they pick up a shovel and help dig Ralph Wilson Stadium out from under all the snow.
The stadium was right in the path of the lake effect snowstorm that blanketed the area with about 5 feet of snow.
The team took to Twitter to issue its call for help:
“Want to help clear the Ralph? We’re looking for snow shovelers. Pay is $10/hour + game tickets. Call 716-636-4840 for details,” the tweet read.

“We can’t have too many people helping,” said Andy Major, vice president of operations with the Buffalo Bills. “We won’t be turning anyone away.”
Erie County is expected to receive more lake effect snow through Friday so they may want to wait before picking up the shovels.
Would you take part in shoveling to get a little extra cash and a free ticket to watch the Bills game? What about if a Toronto team offered the same deal? Would you shovel for the Leafs? Raptors? Jays? Argos? TFC?
