Twas the night before Breakfast with Derringer 2014,
Not a creature was stirring, not even Maureen.
The stockings were hung by the radio with care,
In hopes that Bad Santa soon would be there.
The Breakfast with Derringer Christmas Special, in concert with Vasken Jewelers, was bigger and better than ever this year! An enthusiastic crowd of Q107 listeners awoke early in the morning to join Derringer, Maureen, Ryan Parker and Flairboy for a morning of music, magnificent food and good ol’ Christmas cheer.
Guests chowed down on the Christmas feast prepared by the mind of Chef Ted Reader, served up by his good friend Chef Christian Pritchard and the Chef Events Catering Team and Country Style Donuts. They then were entertained with holiday rock n roll performances by Randy Bachman, the Q107 house band, Arkells and a special, debut performance by the Kid Mitchell Band.
This year, throughout Derringer’s 13 Days of Christmas, we raised an astounding 1 million dollars for the Canadian Centre for Abuse Awareness! At the Breakfast, we presented the cheque for the money raised to Ellen Campbell from the CCAA who shared with us stories of how this money helps those in need.

Sending you warm holiday wishes from everyone at Q107 and Derringer in the Morning.
