Updated: Hoping for “A Spirit In The Sky” to come to the aid of Norman Greenbaum who remains in hospital at the Santa Rosa Memorial in critical condition after an accident with a motorcycle on the weekend. 72 year old Greenbaum was a passenger in a Suburu Outback when it’s driver Bonita Kay Perea turned left and crossed into the motorcycles path in Santa Rosa last Saturday. The driver of the motorcycle as reported by CNN Ihab Usama Halaweh was killed in the incident while his passenger was being treated for critical injuries, Good time now to remind all the summer drivers to look in their blind spot and be aware of their surroundings on the streets and highways when motorcycles may be sharing the roadway.
His family has updated us on his condition releasing a statement mid-week. “We are humbled by the tremendous outpouring of support we and Norman have received. At this time he remains in critical condition. Doctors and nurses are doing everything possible, and we continue to hope for a strong recovery. Please keep Norman in your thoughts and prayers,”
