Tim Hortons brews up new premium Three Peaks blend for coffee wars
Tim Hortons is announcing that it could be introducing a new coffee brew.
The chain says it will be testing its first ever single-origin coffee in five markets across the country over an eight-week period, covering Sudbury and North Bay, Ont, Saint John and Moncton, N.B, and Abitibi, Que.
Called Three Peaks Colombian, the premium coffee is sourced with beans from Cauca, Colombia
Tim’s traditionally serves a coffee blend of beans from several sources. Last year it introduced the dark roast for more options and appeal to the coffee connoisseurs, successfully poaching some customers back from Starbucks and McDonald’s.
