Hill & Bill
Hillary Clinton officially threw her hat in the presidential ring yesterday, surprising absolutely no one. Clinton immediately hit the campaign trail, heading to Iowa in her van, which is nicknamed Scooby after the Mystery Machine from “The Scooby Doo Show.”
I see Hillary as more of a Velma than a Daphne.
SNL”s Kate McKinnon actually pre-empted Clinton’s announcement on Saturday night with her impression of the former first lady, wearing a blue suit under a blue suit.
They say it will be the Hill and Bill show, and that former president Bill Clinton will be an integral part of her campaign and possible administration.
So that’s good news for Kate McKinnon AND for Darrell Hammond.
In the video featured below Clinton focuses more on families and what she can do to help them.
Republican’s from across the spectrum – who haven’t even announced their candidacy yet – are already shooting barbs at Clinton, starting with the campaign’s unusual choice for a logo and suggesting electing Clinton would be like a third term for Barrack Obama.
Florida Senator Marco Rubio is expected to announce his fun for the Republican nomination today.
