Toronto Is NOT Number 1 When It Comes To Poor Road Conditions
Things appear to be getting better in Toronto, when it comes to road conditions.
The CAA is out with the results of it’s annual Worst Roads Campaign, and this year, Toronto didn’t dominate the list.
In fact, Dufferin Street, which has held the title for the last 3 years, was bumped from the top spot.
Algonquin Blvd West and East in Timmins were voted the worst and second worst, respectively, with Dufferin slipping to 3rd spot.
Dufferin had plenty of local company last year with 7 of the 10 worst roads in Ontario being in Toronto. This year however, only two Toronto streets made the top 10.
Bayview Avenue placed in 10th spot, down 4 from 2014.
About 90% of the roads have been, or are scheduled to be repaired.
The CAA says thanks to the tens of thousands of Ontarians who voted in the annual poll.
