SNL RETURNS THIS WEEKEND to kick off its 41st season, with Miley Cyrus as host and musical act. You know all of those people who says SNL isn’t funny anymore, and Miley Cyrus is overexposed – I don’t think anyone pays any attention to them. Hilary Clinton is expected to make an appearance; watch for her in the cold open, probably with Kate McKinnon, who does a killer Clinton. When asked whom she thinks does the best impression of her, Clinton said “I’M the best Hilary Clinton”.
It’s been a year since George and Amal Clooney were married, and the Honeymooney isn’t over. They celebrated their anniversary last Sunday, with a low key dinner in West Hollywood. George says his wife picked the place – otherwise he would have just gone to the same old sushi joint. He also says that when talking with his wife, who is a high profile human rights lawyer, he often feels like an idiot. So really they’re just like everybody else. I bet he doesn’t pick up his socks either. And when she’s mad, and he asks her what’s wrong, she says “nothing…”
