Going on a roller coaster is supposed to be scary but scary in a fun way, not in a seatbelt fail kind of scary. One Texas dad and his son had a not-so-good scary sort of roller coaster ride recently when the little boy’s seat belt came unhinged on the very first big hill.
Delbert Latham and his son Kaysen were riding the Mousetrap at Wonderland Amusement Park in Texas with Delbert filming the milestone moment, when suddenly the seat belt came apart and Kaysen slipped down off his seat on to the floorboard, all while the car was speeding down the track. Delbert managed to grab his son and held him tight for the rest of the ride. Somehow Delbert also managed to hold on to his phone and keep filming the entire time.
Yikes. I probably would have put the phone down but good thing everything turned out alright.
