Well according to some new research it may not be your fault!
The American Physiological Society says hating exercise could be in your genes!
Researchers found people who hated working out and had a tough time sticking to a schedule had a problem with Dopamine which helps control the brains “drive, pleasure and reward center.”
Basically you’re supposed to feel satisfied after a workout but if your body doesn’t release this Dopamine you’re less likely to enjoy working out!
