Depending where you live, your Christmas dinner may be a healthy nosh, or a calorie-dense artery clogger!! A dietician at a London hospital has ranked the meals from various countries. Each is given a health ranking out of 10…10 being good! Here’s a couple examples (NOTE : North Americans are generally the worst!) Hungry yet?
POLAND – Red borscht (soup) with tiny dumplings, Christmas Eve carp, dried fruit compote – 7/10
FRANCE – Foi Gras, roast capon, turkey, or pheasant, cheese & salad – 5/10
USA – Roast turkey with mashed potatoes, vegetables with gravy, Roast beef or ham, pumpkin pie, mince tarts, or Christmas pudding! – 2/10
