The fans were calling for it, and we listened!
After taking a year away from Breakfast With Derringer, it would have been next to impossible to skip it again this year! After another successful campaign for Derringer’s 13 Days of Christmas, it was only fitting that we celebrate!
Of course, Michael White and the Q107 House Band were there, pumping out some rockin’ good Christmas tunes, and they were even joined by Rik Emmett, for a special performance of Triumph‘s “Lay It On The Line.” Rik can still hit those high notes with ease!
For all those that were naughty or extra-naughty this year, Bad Santa dropped by to give us his yearly update, and pulled no punches. And did you see how fast Flairboy was dishing out all of those prizes?
The highlight of the morning, besides the delicious breakfast and coffee, was when Derringer presented the cheque to Abuse Hurts’ Ellen Campbell. It is outstanding that Q107 listeners came together and helped to donate to a worthy cause, and even more outstanding that, as a team, we were able to raise over $1,000,000 for Abuse Hurts!
Thanks to all of you who took a moment to donate to our yearly-Christmas campaign! When we all work together, big things can happen!
