It hasn’t been confirmed by the folks at McDonald’s yet, but apparently the recipe for the secret sauce was revealed on Pinterest! The sauce was originally created by franchise owner Jim Delligatti, who invented the Big Mac in 1968. Since then, there’s been no shortage of recipes claiming to mimic the sauce perfectly. Aren’t they selling it in grocery stores now anyway?? Oh well, here’s the list of ingredients (with no measurements included!) Not sure how ol’ Jim would’ve gotten his hands on “Propylene Glycol Alginate” Yummy!!
