Toronto police have launched a new safety campaign aimed at ensuring drivers are FOCUSED on school.
The Frequent Offences the Community and road Users See Every Day campaign coincides with the first day of school in the Greater Toronto Area.
The campaign is aimed at improving road safety and traffic flow for pedestrians, cyclists and motorists, and is part of the Vision Zero Road Safety Plan, a comprehensive five-year action plan focused on reducing traffic-related fatalities and serious injuries on city streets.
The FOCUSED campaign runs until Friday, Sept. 8, and will focus on those motorists who put children at risk with their bad driving habits.
