Happy Hallowe'en

This weekend is Hallowe'en. A lot of folks will be out partying. Great! Have a good time! Remember the kids going out Saturday and be really careful driving in residential areas. The little ones tend to get pretty excited. And don't forget to turn the clocks back Sunday morning. When you're changing the clocks, change the batteries in your smoke alarms.

My daughter told my son that being a "hobo" for Halloween is not nice due to there being homeless people in Toronto.

The last time I changed the batteries in the smoke alarm I had 3 firefighters show up at my place when I got home that night. Apparently my defective smoke alarm became active while I was out one evening!
