Two months and counting...

Here's the most important fact of all:  Monday October 25th, 2010.
 
That's Election Day here in Toronto.  New Councillors and a new Mayor will be the first order of business.
 
We're two months away from the big day and we're well into the muckraking phase of the mayoral campaign.
 
 
Another candidate, Sarah Thompson, is alleged to have assaulted an ex employee in 1999.  Charges in that case were later dropped.
 
Then there's candidate George Smitherman, the former Ontario Health Minister, who admitted to a five-year "problem" with party drugs.
 
And that's just three out of the 34 people running for Toronto's top job.
 
With candidates like this, it starts to make you wonder if George Carlin was right (but for Canada, and ...
