Take your kids to work

Today is take your kids to work day, and we had two 3 special visitors on the show today. John and Bill’s niece Emily, my nephew Jake and Maureen had her son Ronan join us. It was a lot of fun and a great idea. Although a little lie came back to bite me this morning. I guess years ago when I met Charlene and I was trying to impress her family I may have told her nephews I was a ‘fighter pilot’.

I think bring your kids to work is a terrific idea; it lets them see the real world and maybe get interested in a certain profession.

When you were 13 what did you to do for a living?

I wanted to be a ninja.

At 13 I was between a little girl & trying to be a teenager. I always enjoyed school (really, really...) but trying not to be a "geek" I secretly ran home did my homework & then did my teenage antics. I wasn't thinking too much about money then...

When I was 13 I wanted to become a rock star. At 42 I still want to become a rock star. I think my time is running out!

At 13 I was pretty ambitious and wanted to be an archeologist because dinosaurs and fossils fascinated me

When i was 13 my best friend and i would go Golf Balling.Woodbridge Board of trade was a good location. We would go in the ponds and collect the golf balls.Clean them and sell them to golfers.(that course always yielded top of the line balls. We would sell them at public courses and a few courses north of Bolton.Always had a small wad of money.
