Now I REALLY need your help. I made it into the Top 100 for the Women of Radio Live with Regis and Kelly Co-Host for a Day contest. They are going to narrow it down to 10 finalists. Yikes!
The more comments they get supporting me the more likely it is I'll make it to the Top 10.
Just click "like" on their facebook page and that will allow you to leave a comment under the women of radio post.
You can leave a supportive comment on their facebook page here.
The top 10 finalists will be announced August 9th and that is when they'll ask you to vote online for your favourite. Until then you can help by leaving comments on their facebook wall.
How much fun would that be to co-host with Regis! Almost as much fun as playing great classic rock on Q every day. ;)

Hey Jo, I recently moved from the Hammer to Cambridge and for some reason the reception here barely lets me get Q107. I still listen when I can tune it in, even though it is hissy and full of static. I miss your show often now but can sometimes catch a bit of it in my car around 11 when I get my break at work (the radio at work can't even get the mighty Q...sheesh!). I wish you the best of luck with this Regis and Kelly thing, even though you may end up leaving us, but you go girl! You have my vote all the way! I'd love to be selfish and say stay here, but that's just not right as I'm sure most of you co-workers would agree. You do what is best for you and we'll try and pick up the pieces and fill those enourmous shoes you leave behind. All the best and remember us all after you hear "Ah Crap! I could have been home by now!" because all us will be thinking of you.
