Things You May Not Know About April Fool's Day
Posted 3/30/2012 11:41:00 AM

Did you know the guy who invented just about every gag passed on one of the most famous?  Soren Sorensen Adams invented "cachoo powder" that could make people sneeze, the joy buzzer, the dribble glass, and the springing snakes in a can but he turned down the rights to sell the Whoopee cushion because he thought “the whole idea seemed too indelicate".

I found this list of the 10 things you may not know about April Fool's Day at fw.com click here for the complete list.

Also included on the list is the fact that the CIA tried to take out Fidel Castro with an exploding cigar, Johnny Carson kept a rubber chicken and a gag arrow behind his desk for almost the entire run of ‘The Tonight Show’ and The original recipe for fake vomit is a closely guarded secret.

What was your best April Fool's Day prank?
