Would You Sue?

Since there seems to be differing opinions on this one I'll put the question out there.
You bought your concert tickets to an out of town concert, planned a trip with your buddies, you paid for the flight, hotel and all the other expenses that go along with a trip, you get to the show and it is cancelled due to the weather. The concert ticket says rain or shine but it is cancelled due to the rain anyway.
Rush fan Christopher Langone who flew to Chicago from New York to attend a Rush concert last Wednesday with a group of friends is suing Rush for breach of contract stating in the lawsuit “After the announcement of cancellation, rain was not significant in Chicago. For example, the Chicago White Sox completed a game in the weather in Chicago on the evening of July 7, 2010.”
