CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

DERRINGER’S CASH GRAB
SPRING 2010 EDITION



1. THE CONTEST AND THE CONTEST PERIOD

The “Derringer’s Cash Grab” contest (the “Contest”) commences at 12:00 a.m. on February 22, 2010 and concludes at 8:59 a.m. on April 30, 2010 (the “Contest Period”).

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

3. ELIGIBITY

The Contest is open to residents of Ontario who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, but excluding employees, directors and officers of CILQ-FM (“Q107”), Corus Entertainment Inc. (“Corus”), any affiliate (as defined in the Canada Business Corporations Act) of Q107 or Corus (the “Affiliates”), employees, directors and officers of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, as well as family members of any of the foregoing. To be eligible, listeners must be members of CLUB Q. To join CLUB Q, log onto www.q107.com (the “Website”) and complete the online registration form in full.

4. HOW TO ENTER TO PLAY DERRINGER’S CASH GRAB

Members of CLUB Q may enter to play “Derringer’s Cash Grab” in the following way:

a) Enter the Contest by listening for the “Contest winning words” (the “Winning Words”), which will be broadcast at various times each day during the Contest Period. Each time a winning word is broadcast, visit the Contest Page and enter the Winning Word. Each time a Contest winning word is correctly entered, the entrant will receive one (1) entry ballot.

b) Being Selected To Play The Game On-Air: Every day, Monday through Friday at each of 7:40 a.m., 1:40 p.m., and 5:40 p.m., beginning March 1, 2010, Contest officials will randomly select three (3) entrants to play “Derringer’s Cash Grab” live on air (each occasion to play is referred to hereinafter as a “Round”). Approximately twenty (20) minutes before the beginning of each Round, Q107 will randomly select and phone up to three (3) registered entrants to ensure that they are available to play. If Contest officials are able to connect with the entrant, he or she will be placed on a “stand-by list”. Approximately five (5) minutes before the beginning of the Round, one (1) entrant on the stand-by list will be randomly selected to play on air.

5. HOW TO PLAY DERRINGER’S CASH GRAB

The entrant who is selected to play a Round will be prompted by the on-air host to “Grab Some Cash” for a chance to win up to $10,000. (“Prize #1”). Each “Withdrawal” will generate an amount between $107 and $10,000. After each “withdrawal” the entrant will be asked if he/she wishes to “grab more cash” (to play again) or wishes to “stash it” (accepting) the amount generated from the last withdrawal. If the entrant chooses to “play again” and there are “insufficient funds” the entrant wins nothing.

6. HOW TO ENTER TO WIN OTHER ADDITIONAL PRIZES

Members of CLUB Q can win additional prizes by listening to Q107 for a signal as to when a Round will be played. Once the Round has been played, enter the first name of the contestant that played that Round in the Listen & Win section of Club Q at www.q107.com. Each time a name is correctly entered, the entrant will receive one (1) ballot for a random draw to win one (1) of one hundred and seven (107) invitations for two (2) to attend “Breakfast With Derringer” event (the “Event”) on April 30, 2010 at the Hard Rock Café at 279 Yonge Street, Toronto (“Prize #2”). Entrants who win Prize #2 will be contacted by April 29th by phone and/or email at the contacts provided in their CLUB Q registration form.

7. THE EVENT

Each entrant who is selected to play a Round will be awarded two (2) tickets to the Event. All entrants who receive invitations to the Event will have the opportunity to enter a random draw to win one (1) of five (5) additional cash prizes to be awarded at the event, each with a value of up to $2,000 (“Prize #3”).

8. THE PRIZES

Prize #1 has a value of anywhere between $107 and $10,000. Prize # 2 has a value of approximately $50.00. Prize #3 has a value of anywhere between $1 and $2,000. The Prize #1, Prize #2, Prize #3 and the Secondary Prize collectively referred as to the “Prizes” or a “Prize”.

9. DEADLINE FOR CLAIMING PRIZES

The Prize winners must claim their Prize by 4:59 p.m. on May 14, 2010 (the “Deadline”) by attending Q107 studios at One Dundas Street West, Suite 1600, Toronto. If the Prize winner fails either to claim the Prize or inform Q107 of his or her inability to claim the Prize before the Deadline, his or her entry may be forfeited.

10. LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED

CLUB Q members registered for this Contest may only submit one (1) entry in connection with each broadcast of a Winning Word. Entries are subject to verification.

11. CHANCES OF WINNING

Chances of winning depend on the number of listeners and registered contestants during the Contest Period.

12. NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES

Neither Q107 nor Corus makes any representation or offers any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality or fitness of the Prize. The Prize winner understands and acknowledges that he or she may not seek reimbursement or pursue any legal or equitable remedy from Q107 or Corus should the Prize fail to be fit for its purpose or is in any way unsatisfactory to the Prize winner.

13. DECLARATION AND RELEASE OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER

Before being awarded a Prize, the Prize winner and his or her guest must:

a) Correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited skill-testing mathematical question; and

b) Sign a standard form confirming that by entering the Contest:

- he or she read, understood and accepted these rules and regulations;

- that he or she understands that acceptance of the Prize may involve danger and/or exposure to risks and hazards of both man-made and natural origin, whether arising from foreseeable or unforeseeable human error and negligence, and that, as a result, he or she may suffer damage to personal property, serious personal injury, illness or even death;

- that he or she nevertheless freely and voluntarily agrees and does hereby assume any and all risks of personal injury, illness, death arising out of or connected with his or her participation in the Contest and winning the Prize; and

- that he or she releases Q107, Corus, the Affiliates, and all of their directors, officers, employees, agents as well as their respective advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability arising in connection with participation in the Contest and acceptance of the Prize, including, without limitation, any financial, legal or moral responsibility or loss or personal injury including death or damage to or loss of property suffered or incurred or arising from participating in the Contest or accepting the Prize, whether suffered by the Prize winner, or by his or her heirs, administrators, personal representatives or executors, and notwithstanding that such injuries or losses may have been caused solely or partly by any act, omission, negligence or gross negligence of any or all of the Releasees.

14. PRIZE TO BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED

The decision of the Contest judges is final, and the Prize must be accepted as awarded. No portion of the Prize is transferable. The Prize is not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the Prize is offered. Should the Prize winner be unable to claim the Prize as awarded, his or her entry will be forfeited and another eligible Contest participant will be selected.

15. SUBSTITUTION OR CHANGE TO THE CONTEST

Q107, Corus and their respective advertising and promotional agencies reserve the right to substitute the Prize or any component thereof, for those of approximately the same value and reserve the right to change the Contest rules or terminate or withdraw the Contest at any time, without prior notice.

16. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES

All entries shall become the property of Q107, Corus and their advertising and promotional agencies. The Releasees assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or otherwise indecipherable entries due to any failure or technical malfunction of the telephone network, on-line computer systems of equipment, servers, access providers, software, poor reception, technical problems, failure of any email or submission or due to any other reason regardless of cause.

17. CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONALITY

By entering the Contest, each entrant, including the Prize winner consents to the use of his or her name, city of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, image or any other aspect of his or her personality for any publicity and programming purposes, commercial or otherwise, in all media used by Q107, Corus, promoters and their advertising and promotional agencies, without any payment or compensation. The Prize winner further agrees that his or her audio reaction may be used for on-air promotional purposes. The entrants understand and acknowledge that Q107 may contact him or her on-air without prior knowledge as a result of his or her participation in the Contest.

18. CONSENT TO COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the Contest and voluntarily providing personal information including, but not limited to, name, address, city, email address, home and office telephone numbers (the “Registrant Information”), each Contest entrant grants permission to Q107 and Corus to the collection and use of the Registrant Information for the exclusive purpose of administering the Contest and selecting the Prize winners. No correspondence will take place between Q107, Corus, and the entrants except in connection with the Contest and, in the case of the Prize winners, as a result of entering the Contest and winning the Prize.

20. COMPLIANCE WITH CONTEST RULES

All contestants agree to abide by the Contest Rules, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of Q107 and Corus.

21. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

This Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations of Canada and of each province, territory and municipality of Canada, respectively.
