Draw Rules and Regulations
Harley Davidson – Dyna Street Bob
Sunday, June 7th, 2009
1. Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in the draw and may be required to provide proof of age and residency. Entry must be made on-site on June 7 only. No purchase necessary. Open to Canadian residents, excluding those from Quebec.
Entry and all aspects of the draw are subject to federal, provincial and local regulations. Employees of Woodbine Entertainment Group are not eligible to enter the draw.
2. Entry
To enter, eligible participants must visit the Registration Centre on the apron or on the 2nd Floor Grandstand at Woodbine Racetrack on Sunday, June 7. After registering at a touch-screen kiosk ‘All Access’ Pass-holders will receive one ballot per entry. ‘Q107 VIP’ Pass-holders will receive two ballots per entry. Ballot(s) will be printed at the kiosk and must then be presented to Event staff to deposit into the draw ballot drum. Entries must be made prior to the deadline of Sunday, June 7, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. (EST).
3. The Draw
The draw will take place on-site at Woodbine Racetrack, at the Q107 Trackside Party on Sunday, June 7, 2009 at or around 4:30 p.m. (EST) – Winner will be announced on-site and will be contacted within 24 hours to verify all information, answer skill-testing question, and claim prize. Winner will be announced on-site at the Trackside Party, through race announcements, on the in-field board and over the broadcast, Winner has 48 hours, once contacted, to report to Woodbine Racetrack, present identification and claim their prize. If Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, a second draw will be conducted. This process is continued until an eligible Winner has been contacted and can claim prize.
To claim the prize, the draw winner must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question. The winner must present identification when claiming a prize.
Ballots will be destroyed once promotion has concluded.
4. Prizing
The prize is a Harley Davidson Dyna Street Bob Motorcycle, valued at $18,000, from Davies Harley Davidson, Richmond Hill. Davies Harley Davidson dealership retains ownership until Winner is identified. Ownership is then transferred directly by Davies Harley Davidson to Winner. Winner must take Prize as presented. No cash value.
5. Liability
Woodbine Entertainment Group is not liable for any injury or death experienced by the Winner or any other person while using the Prize. It is the responsibility of the Winner to abide by all Ministry of Transportation laws and to obtain a valid M license.
Woodbine Entertainment Group reserves the right to terminate, alter or withdraw this contest at any time without prior notice.
6. Release of Information
The submission of any entry through touch-screen kiosks signifies the entrant's acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo, image and city of residence in relation to any promotion relating to the contest.
